Lauren Hanson and Jill Cleary met at the South Shore Hospital Neo Intensive Care Unit
(NICU) back in April of 2005.  Both of us gave birth to premature babies within days of each
other and they were side by side in the NICU isolates for three weeks.  We became instant
friends and having shared such an experience together, stayed in touch for play dates with
our little ones.  Coincidentally, we also had our second two children within days of each
other, but thankfully neither of them required a stay at the hospital!

Lauren and Jill launched Moms with Muscle, LLC. in the spring of 2008.  
Moms with Muscle is an outdoor, seasonal fitness program that encourages mothers to
participate in cardiovascular and resistance training exercise (through the use of resistance
tubes) with their infants and or toddlers in the stroller.  The mother/child interaction ensures
the children have fun while mom gets a good work out.

As a result of their success and
fitness passion, they decided to expand their group
fitness expertise to include women of all ages and phases in life.  Moms are still welcome to
bring their babies to
The Strength Studio and leave them in the hands of our KidsCare.

We both share a love and appreciation for fitness and overall good health.  Our
first rate instructors would like to help motivate you to achieve your fitness goals.

LAUREN
    Lauren was born and raised Bridgewater
    and still resides there with her husband
    and two daughters. Lauren is a certified
    Personal Trainer through the
    International Sports Science Association
    (ISSA).  She has a specialization specific
    to training women and is a qualified
    Wellness Coach.  Lauren is BODYPUMP
    Instructor and  certified in fitness
    instruction for moms through Stroller
    Mamas Fitness.  Lauren is current with
    her adult and child CPR certification.

JILL
    Jill currently lives in East Bridgewater
    with her husband and sons.  Jill is a
    certified Personal Trainer through the
    International Sports Science Association
    (ISSA) and is a certified spinning
    instructor. Jill is also a BODYPUMP
    Instructor and certified in fitness
    instruction for moms through Stroller
    Mamas Fitness, LLC. Jill is current with
    her adult and child CPR certification.
