DANIELLE
Danielle Gaylor has been teaching Zumba for 3 years. Her high energy creates a party-
like atmosphere allowing participants to have fun while toning and strengthening their
bodies. Zumba is a new and exciting way to workout and has changed Danielle’s life in so
many positive ways. She is hoping that Zumba will do the same for yours!
Danielle is also certified in Children’s and Mommy Baby Yoga ranging in ages from 5
months to Pre – teen. Yoga for children is a natural way to exercise, relax, focus, and
strengthen the body/mind/spirit connection while having fun. Coming to The Strength
Studio in late fall.
LISA
Lisa’s background includes over 20 years of experience as a fitness instructor.
She has been certified in group instruction through N.E.P.A.C. and earned a
Personal Trainer Certification through the Fitness Firm. Lisa has been practicing
yoga for over 8 years. Currently, she is completing the 200 hour National Yoga
Alliance certification. She is CPR and AED certified.
Lisa has a B.A. Degree from Boston College. She also has earned her MA Real
Estate License. Lisa spent 11 years in sales and marketing as a Senior Account
Executive for Goldwell of N.E., Inc.
In addition to her passion for fitness, Lisa enjoys boating with her family, cooking,
and politics.


LAURIE
Laurie started teaching group exercises classes in 1993 as a college freshman. She started
by teaching traditional hi/lo cardio classes, but quickly learned to love step. Over the years,
Laurie has taught many group exercise formats, including double step and water aerobics.
Laurie currently teaches step and BodyPump and is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness
Association of America.
Her goal for each class is to deliver a workout that is fun, safe, and challenging yet
accessible. She will do all she can so that each participant has the most effective workout
possible.
Laurie, her husband and 2 boys moved to Bridgewater in 2004. In addition to teaching
fitness classes, Laurie works as a visiting lecturer in the Chemical Sciences department at
Bridgewater State College.
DONNA
Donna moved to Bridgewater in June 2008 and has grown to love the town. She started
teaching Step back in 1990 as a freshman in college and has been addicted to it ever
since. She has been AFAA and CPR certified since 1990. In 2003, she attended Les Mills
BodyPump training and it truly changed her life and enthusiasm for teaching!
Teaching is so much more than just a job to her.....it truly is her passion in life. She loves
meeting new participants and inspiring them to give everything they've got. Her greatest
reward is seeing her participants grow stronger which in turn builds their self esteem. Her
goal in each class is to connect with each participant and to deliver a fun and safe workout
while helping her participants to leave with a feeling of success and a desire to come back
again for more!
When she's not teaching, she works full-time as a Business Analyst/Office Manager for a
small web development company. In the evenings, she enjoys family time with her sons.



KIM G.
Kim has been leading fitness classes in the area since 2003. She is an AFAA trained
and IFA certified Fitness Instructor, as well as CPR and AED certified. Kim has taught a
variety of classes but specializes in Cycling and Pilates-Muscle.
Kim's classes are known for being challenging and motivating. She always teaches with
an inspirational tone. Kim has said “If you're taking an hour out of your day to exercise
with me, then I can promise a challenging and effective workout that leaves you feeling
energized and fit.”
Kim is also a certified Health and Wellness Teacher for the Brockton Public Schools.
There, she has the opportunity to put her knowledge and passion for health and fitness
to work. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.

JANINE
Janine has been working as a personal trainer, health/wellness coach and fitness instructor for the last
several years. Her training style is a combination of traditional and functional exercises designed to
improve strength and stamina for everyday living. Her boot camp/circuit style classes are fast paced,
challenging, and never the same. She absolutely loves teaching as it is such a rush to watch people
accomplish things they never thought they could! That’s when it becomes apparent that exercise is so
much more than a way to lose pounds and inches.
Janine is very excited to a part of The Strength Studio, both as an instructor and as a wellness coach. She
is passionate about what she does and loves to share that passion. By encouraging healthy nutrition and
exercise, her goal is to inspire and motivate others towards a life of fitness and wellbeing.
Her certifications include: Personal Trainer and a Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant with the
American Council on Exercise, ACE; a Nutrition Specialist with the American Academy of Sports Dietitians
and Nutritionists and an Intrinsic Coach with Totally Coached, Inc. Her other interests are cooking and
gardening. She lives in Bridgewater with her husband and 3 children.

BETH
Beth has been in love with group fitness since 1991 when she took her first Step Class. The
atmosphere was addicting then, and still is to this day. She went on to get both a bachelor's
and master's degree in exercise physiology from Bridgewater State College and continues to
have a passion and love for fitness. In addition to teaching Spin, Body Pump and Boot Camp
Beth is the program coordinator and supervisor of Good Samaritan Hospital's Outpatient
Cardiac Rehab program. There she helps heart disease patients to achieve fitness goals
while coaching & educating them to make life long modifications to the way they live.
When she's not motivating people of all fitness levels to live healthier lives, she is spending
quality time with her two children ages 8 & 5.
