CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BODYPUMP
BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout
challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts
and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you
came for – and fast! Click here to learn the moves!
INTRO TO BODY PUMP (please ask for next date)
First time BODYPUMPERS should attend this orientation so that an instructor can assist them with technique
and review basic form for standard BODYPUMP exercises. (30 minute class).
BODY BLAST
We will start with some intense core work followed by half hour BodyPump or muscle work and then Cycle for
those who would like to take it to the next level! You do NOT have to attend the entire class.
Step & Sculpt
This class will get your heart soaring and your muscles burning. We will combine heart pumping BodyStep
tracks with full body and isolated muscle conditioning exercises. All levels are welcomed to this interval style
class.
BOOT CAMP
This class will work your entire body – Heart and Muscles- by going from one exercise to another with no
rest. The workout involves calisthenics like push ups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight
exercises…some free weights, too...the difference lies in the intensity. In boot camp, your challenge is to
take your body to its limits. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy!
CYCLE
60 or 45 Minute indoor cycling class. Beginners and seasoned riders will be challenged in this energizing,
fat burning cardio session. Ready, Set, Sweat!
KICK & CHISEL

Thirty minutes of intense kick boxing followed by thirty minutes of muscle conditioning. Think Hillary Swank
in Million Dollar Baby!
MUSCLE MADNESS!
Look out! Your muscles will burn like never before. This full body class will work you till you are fatigued.
Your heart rate will sore through multi-muscular exercises to drive your metabolism into fat burning mode!
STEP IT UP!
Take Step to new heights in this intermediate class that offers fast-paced innovative choreography. This
intense, super fat-burning workout is designed to increase your cardiovascular threshold and muscular
endurance. Choreography is broken down into easy-to-follow patterns. This class concludes with a
challenging abdominal workout and full-body stretch.
SUNDAY MORNING STRETCH

This class is the perfect compliment to your weekly workout schedule. Lengthen and stretch your muscles
through yoga postures that will enhance your flexibility and your performance in other classes. Learn poses
to increase your range of motion and flexibility, especially in the hips and hamstrings. Cultivate core strength
and balance. Learn how the mind-body connection can make you a better athlete and improve your
physical and mental endurance while lowering your risk of sports related injury. This class should be
mandatory!

Taking a break, but will return....
ZUMBA
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness
program. The routines feature training session where fast and slow rhythms and resistance
training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor
and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba!
HATHA YOGA
This yoga practice is based on foundational yoga poses performed in a dynamic, flowing style to create
a balance of physical action, internal focus, and conscious breathing. The pace is energizing and the
poses are modified to include beginners while challenging experienced practitioners.
YOGA
This Vinyasa style class is for all levels. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.”
The teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This class is
for beginners to experienced students with all fitness levels welcome.
RUN CLUB
On your mark, get set ---- RUN CLUB! Run, jog, walk or strut your way around the town. The three mile
route will challenge you however you see fit. Have a goal... speed, endurance.. whatever it may be - its
more motivating in a group! See you there!
