My name is Hector Sanchez and I am a certified Super Slow & Power of 10 Exercise Specialist. I opened my studio in 2005 for people who are ready to make a change for healthier version of themselves. The Power of 10 exercise protocol is a low force, high intensity strength training method that only requires one or two thirty minute workouts a week with a certified Power of 10 personal trainer.
