REMS (Radiofrequency Echographic Multi Spectrometry) is a non-ionizing diagnostic technology that uses ultrasound—not X-rays—to measure bone mineral density and bone quality.

Your appointment lasts approximately 30 minutes.
The scan itself takes 15–20 minutes, is painless, and requires no preparation beyond wearing comfortable clothing that allows access to the hip area.
