Why Consider a Bone Density Scan?
If you are concerned about osteopenia, osteoporosis, or simply want to stay ahead of age-related bone loss, a bone density scan can provide crucial insights. Unlike traditional methods, REMS (Radiofrequency Echographic Multi Spectrometry) uses ultrasound to evaluate bone density at clinically relevant sites — typically the lumbar spine and femoral neck.
This technology is ideal for individuals who:
What We’ve Learned — And Why It Matters
At our recent Bone Density Scanning Event (held November 18–20, 2025), we gained valuable data that helped our clients better understand their current bone health and how their lifestyle, exercise habits, and nutrition impact bone strength.
Interestingly, high-intensity exercise — especially when done too frequently without recovery — doesn’t always support optimal bone formation. Likewise, excessive calcium or phosphorus intake can disrupt bone mineralization. That’s why education, individualized feedback, and regular monitoring are essential for long-term bone health.
Want to Join the Next Event?
We are currently building a waitlist for a potential Spring 2026 scan. If you weren’t able to attend our recent event but are interested in participating, we encourage you to add your name to the waitlist here.
We will confirm by the end of January whether the spring session will move forward — and those on the list will be the first to receive priority booking.
Your Bone Health, Your Way
Whether you’re seeking alternatives to medication or looking for guidance on improving your bone strength naturally, regular scanning can help you make more informed choices. Every participant receives a follow-up Bone Building Plan, tailored to support bone density improvements through smart training, recovery, and nutritional strategies.
If you have questions about our scanning events, bone health, or how clinical strength training supports skeletal integrity, we’re here to help.
Strength starts with a solid foundation — let’s build it together.

- Want to monitor bone health without the risks of repeated radiation.
- Prefer a more holistic, preventive approach to bone care.
- Are interested in tracking progress alongside a Clinical Strength Training program.
- Are managing conditions such as low bone mass, hormonal changes, or post-injury recovery.
