Clinical Strength Training®
The Method that Can Change Your Life

Back to the gift we want to give you that can mean the difference between a life of infirmary and one of travel, enjoyment, and vitality.

To understand the gift, you need to understand health. Health is the absence of illness and injury.

Many people embark on exercise programs or simply DIY their regime only to end up with injuries that prevent them from being able to achieve the health benefits they were seeking in the first place.

Another thing that happens is that as people age, their strength levels diminish.  This is known as Sarcopenia. Unless you are in a program that builds strength, your strength levels drop with age. It's is a misnomer that steady-state activities (activities sustained for longer durations such as walking, running, etc.) build muscle.

Unless you are progressively increasing your resistance, you are not building strength. In fact, many steady-state activities can actually cause a decline in strength. They often involve repetitive movements that can aggravate joints and put additional force on bones (particularly when strength levels are low). Performed long-term, you may end up needing hip or knee replacements.

When it comes to programs that do focus on building strength, many of those put you at a high risk of injury because they are both highly intense and high force.

In Clinical Strength Training®, is literally strength training with a clinical approach. We don't want to sacrifice your health (by getting you injured) in the pursuit of helping you become healthier. While our method is high intensity, it is actually low force.

It was developed for the purpose of helping people reverse certain health ailments. In order to effectively carry out this purpose, the method had to be as safe as possible.

The three pillars of Clinical Strength Training® are:
  • Safety
  • Efficiency
  • Effectiveness

Clinical Strength Training® keeps you SAFE by:
  • Using medical-grade equipment that can be used for both fitness and rehabilitative purposes
  • Utilizing a slow, 10-10 positive and negative movement that greatly reduces force
  • Employing Kinesiology-degreed trainers who are then trained extensively by us in the protocol and philosophy
  • Getting individuals to full fatigue in every muscle group in the shortest time possible to avoid unnecessary repetitive movement
  • Eliminating distractions and maintaining a tranquil, non-gym ambiance
  • Allowing a maximum of two strength sessions per week in order to achieve an adequate balance between anabolic and catabolic states

Clinical Strength Training® is EFFICIENT because:
  • You only work out for 30 minutes per session, 1-2x/week
  • At the heart of all exercise is muscle engagement. We cut straight to the point by targeting all muscle groups in every workout.
  • We use machines that are specially engineered to work you out throughout your entire range of motion, eliminating the need for multiple sets of repetitions.

Clinical Strength Training® is EFFECTIVE because:
  • Our method employs clinical controls to reduce the variables that affect progress
  • The protocol is executed in a precise manner to drive results
  • Proven-method backed by the scientific principles of Kinesiology
