Clinical Strength Training is essentially applied Kinesiology. Kinesiology is the study of the mechanics of body movement. To apply the science of movement properly and safely in exercise, alignment and positioning are crucial. Our machines are specially engineered to adjust to proper alignment for almost every body type. They also include a component called a "cam" that tracks your strength curve, allowing you to workout within your full range of motion. When using our method on medical-grade machines, you get the most precise and effective workouts for optimal safety and results.
