Clinical Strength Training follows the slow 10-10 protocol and adheres to the philosophy developed by SuperSlow founder Ken Hutchins.
One-to-one clinical strength training sessions are 30 minutes long and are performed twice a week under the guidance of a qualified clinical strength trainer.
Each session takes place in one of our tranquil, distraction-free studios. Exercises are done on medical grade weight machines in a clinically controlled workout room.
Each session aims to safely stimulate change in your body by giving you a complete work out that fatigues every muscle. In this method of exercise, rest is equally, if not more, important than the exercise itself therefore no more than 2 sessions per week is ever needed.
No prior experience in exercise is necessary and we have worked with thousands of individuals since 2005 with various medical conditions, former injuries, and osteoporosis.
If you want the freedom to live your best life, it starts with getting strong. Get started now.
