Clinical Strength Training follows the slow 10-10 protocol and adheres to the philosophy developed by SuperSlow founder Ken Hutchins.
One-to-one clinical strength training sessions are 30 minutes long and are performed twice a week under the guidance of a qualified clinical strength trainer.
Each session takes place in one of our tranquil, distraction-free studios. The clinical strength training regimen is performed on medical grade weight machines in a clinically-controlled training room.
Each session aims to safely stimulate change in your body by giving you a complete work out that fatigues every muscle. In this method, rest is equally, if not more, important than the session itself therefore no more than 2 sessions per week is ever needed.
Founder Hector Sanchez has been helping individuals get strong for almost 20 years. Since the company began in 2005, originally under the name Unico Duo, we have served thousands of people with various medical conditions, former injuries, and osteoporosis, getting them the strength they need to live better lives.
If you want the freedom to live your best life, it starts with getting strong. Get started now.
