The Power of 10 is an exercise methodology created by Adam Zickerman, former SuperSlow™ Master Trainer, and author of the book, "Power of 10, The Once-A-Week Fitness Revolution."
In this method, we strive to stimulate the body to change with the minimal amount of exercise possible. The purpose being to maximize benefits while minimizing the risk of injury.
To accomplish this, Power of 10 uses specially engineered, medical-grade machines. Clients work under the guidance of a certified Power of 10 instructor for a 30 minute, full body workout. The workout environment is clinically controlled and progress is tracked as time under load rather than counting reps.
In combination with a nutritious diet, this method of exercise helps your body regain proper regulation of its functions (blood pressure, cholesterol, core temperature, bone density, etc.) while also moulding your body into its ideal genetic figure.
