In this method, the underlying assumption is that all exercise inherently carries the risk of injury. Therefore, what is the minimum amount of exercise needed to stimulate the body to change?
In this method, we use specialized, medical grade machines to guide clients through a 30 minute, full body workout. Our environment is clinically controlled and rather than focus on number of reps, we put the muscle groups under load and work at a slow 10-10 cadence to full failure.
