Self-Guided

Get everything you need to administer your own workouts. Self-Guided workouts are the most economical way to train with us. In this type of workout, you get a consultation and one guided workout with one of our Clinical Strength Trainers. Your workout is customized to precisely your needs and you learn how to correctly perform each exercise in your single guided session. Then you are given the tools to track your own progress as you administer your own workouts. You can choose to purchase additional check-in sessions (no more than 1 per month) for a trainer to check your form and progress and give you feedback.
