Hi. It’s Hector and Leonela, local owner-operators of The Strength Studio, here. We are so glad you have decided to stop by.
When Hector started this business in 2005, he just wanted to help people live better lives. He saw his bosses from his previous job in construction with aching knees, sore backs, and body stiffness. He knew there had to be a way to prevent this. When he stumbled upon this strength training protocol in his early twenties, he knew he had found the answer.
Now in his 40s, while many others are suffering from joint problems, or shoulders, he’s injury and pain free. But it wasn’t about finding a solution just for himself. He wanted to play a role in helping people experience this too. If you’ve already got the aches and pains, don’t worry — it’s not too late. This method works for reversal as well. In almost 20 years of practice, we can’t tell you how many shoulders have become unfrozen, knee pains been alleviated, and stiffness turned into mobility. It’s all possible. See, what happens is that if you don’t have muscle, you don’t have support. There’s nothing to hold your joints and bones in place. Obviously, you have some muscle or you would just collapse but it’s not strong muscle. You need strength to keep things where they should be. It’s strength that prevents you from those freak accidents where you pull something or prevents you from injury during a fall. Heck, it’s strength that prevents you from falling. Did you know that lack of strength is one of the key contributors to lack of balance? We bet most people don’t know this but now you do. Now you know that if you increase your strength, you will increase your balance. If you keep strength training throughout your life, you never have to worry about falling when you’re older. And if you are older, then it’s more imperative than ever that you build the strength now. If you’re younger, this is the one investment that you will thank yourself for the rest of your life. |
