Book an exploratory call or a studio tour. Both are free, low barrier entries to getting familiar with our approach

After your introduction, the next step is to try it for yourself. We have two types of consultations:
Basic - Discuss your health conditions and goals, learn how what we do can help you, and try half a workout. This option is best for those who are not entirely sure they are ready to invest but would like to give it a try.
Comprehensive - Discuss your health conditions and goals, learn how what do can help you, try a complete workout, and receive a full body analysis.
Step 3
Set up Completion
Depending on what consultation you chose, an additional onboarding session may be needed. On our end, we will finish the set up of your file and account. You will select your membership (once weekly or twice weekly sessions). Based on your day and time preference, we will pair you up with a primary trainer who will guide and support you through each workout and your strength journey with us.
