MAINTENANCE MEMBERSHIP

• 2 sessions per month
• Ideal for people who need maximum recovery time between workouts
• For people who want to maintain their existing strength levels
• Prevents muscle loss​

STRENGTH BUILDER MEMBERSHIP

• 1 session per week (up to 5 sessions per month*)
• Ideal for people who want or need 7 days of recovery time either due to exiting health conditions or because they have other hobbies/activities during the week
• Builds strength at a steady pace

*Members receive a bonus 5th session in longer months

​LIFE CHANGER MEMBERSHIP

• 2 sessions per week (up to 9 sessions per month*)
• Ideal for people who are either fitness focused and have a faster recovery ability (3-4 days) or for those whose intensity is not yet high enough and need more frequency
• Builds strength at a faster pace**

*Members receive a bonus 9th session in longer months
**As the body adapts and goes deeper in intensity with each workout, there may come a time where dropping to 1x/week is necessary
