Just one hour a week to build a lifetime of strength. 

Muscular strength is often overlooked in exercise but it's precisely muscular strength and ability that determine the overall health of the rest of your body's functions. 

When you exercise, the ultimate goal is to stimulate the muscles to create a positive change.

We save our members loads of time spent in a traditional gym by getting straight to the point, targeting all of the body's muscle groups and taking them to fatigue under the guidance of a certified instructor on medical grade machines all in a 30 minute session.

The method we use is called the Power of 10 (also known as SuperSlow™). By following this protocol, we adhere to strict guidelines for safety and effectiveness, helping you achieve maximum benefit in minimum time.

What Are We Trying to Achieve Through Strength Training? 

Many common ailments such as headaches, body aches, poor posture, fragile bones, difficulty sustaining daily activity, cellulite, sciatica, back pain, constantly feeling cold and more can actually be attributed to a lack of strength. 

By committing to a once or twice a week strength training program, you can alleviate most if not all of your ailments while getting fit at the same time. 

To achieve this with other forms of exercise, you would need to constantly increase the amount of time or increase the intensity. The problem with the former is that people should not spend most of their free time exercising. The problem with the latter is that more often than not, when intensity is increased, so is the risk of injury. 

Our method of exercise neither increases the time nor the risk of injury but it does continue to get progressively more challenging and therefore members continue to improve their bodies and health without having to give more output.

Our Method

The Strength Studio uses the Power of 10, an exercise protocol developed by Adam Zickerman, former SuperSlow™ Master Trainer and author of the book by the same name.

​In this protocol, clients work on 5-7 specially engineered machines, one on one with a Strength Training Instructor who monitors their alignment and form while also teaching technique and helping clients get to a deep level of intensity in every workout.
