Clinical Strength Training® is exercise performed in accordance with the science of Kinesiology, in a clinically-controlled environment, employing proper body biomechanics throughout your full range of motion, and incorporating proper safety protocols in order to enhance your health without sacrificing your body in the process.
WHY DOES IT MATTER?
In his book, The Renaissance of Exercise, author Ken Hutchins states that skeletal muscle is the greatest reservoir of water in the body, houses the greatest nerve supply and the greatest vascular supply, and hosts the most mitochondria (the body’s powerhouse). Additionally, skeletal muscle is the only system over which we have volitional control and is the major factor of cardiac output of the body.
