Established in 2005 by The Strength Studio, Inc., founder Hector Sanchez, under the original name Unico Duo. The Strength Studio Sebastopol is our flagship location. Sebastopol is open Monday through Saturday. We offer a private, upscale, nonjudgemental ambiance for our members that is nothing like a gym. We welcome you to come and experience the difference for yourself.
