Virtual Sessions
Get the workout you need without ever leaving your house. Our virtual sessions are the next best thing to in-studio sessions. In our virtuals, one of our Clinical Strength Trainers guides you through a 30-minute session, applying Kinesiology to your movements that you perform from the convenience of your home. You trainer will monitor your positioning in each exercise, track your progress, and leave you with the same feeling as if you had just performed an in-studio workout. This approach gives you the flexibility to work out from any location. It also ensures that you are doing your exercises as safely and that you are working out hard enough to stimulate the growth mechanism within your muscles. This is important because the only way that we can know that we are improving our strength and our bodies through strength training is by stimulating the growth mechanism.
